Die retrospektive Analyse im Zeitraum von 2007-2011 erfasste 66 chirurgisch therapierte Patienten mit einem Karzinom der Kopf-Hals-Region und anschließender Rekonstruktion mit 36 gestielten Fernlappen und 47 mikrochirurgischen Transplantaten. Parameter der Datenerhebung mit SPSS 17.0 waren patientenspezifisch Alters- und Geschlechtsverteilung TNM-Stadium und Therapiestrategie. Hinsichtlich der Rekonstruktion wurden die Art des Lappens die Operationsdauer Komplikationen sowie intensivmedizinische und stationäre Verweildauer erfasst. Insgesamt heilten 26 (72 2%) gestielte Lappen ein. Es wurden 14 (38 9%) gestielte Fernlappen in präoperativ radiotherapeutisch behandelte Gebiete der Kopf-Hals-Region verpflanzt von denen 86 0% gut anwuchsen. Tumorstadium Allgemeinzustand des Patienten und Art der Therapie sind die entscheidenden Parameter für die Wahl der Rekonstruktion. | |
A retrospective analysis in the period 2007-2011 included 66 surgically treated patients due to a carcinoma of the head and neck region and subsequent reconstruction with 36 pedicle distant flaps an 47 free flaps. Patient specific parameters of data collection with SPSS 17.0 were age and sex distribution TNM stage and treatment. Specific type of flap reconstruction duration of surgery complications intensive care and patient treatment were recorded. 26 (72.2%) pedicle flaps had an uneventful healing process. 14 (38.9%) pedicle flaps were transplanted in a preoperative irradiated areas of the head and neck region in 86.0% with a positive healing process. Tumor stage general condition of the patient and type of therapy are the key parameters of the choice in reconstruction. |
