| Wenn VHF-Patienten sich einer koronaren Stentimplantation unterziehen ist eine antithrombotische Therapie notwendig welche die Risiken einer Stentthrombose von thrombembolischen Komplikationen und von Blutungskomplikationen ausbalanciert. Ziel dieser Arbeit war es die für die AFCAS-Studie rekrutierte Patientenpopulation des Studienzentrums Universitätsklinikum Halle/Saale zu charakterisieren die Details der Perkutanen Koronarintervention zu erfassen sowie die Verwendung der antithrombotischen Medikamentenkombinationen und deren Auswirkung auf das Auftreten thrombembolischer Ereignisse und Blutungen während des Krankenhausaufenthaltes zu untersuchen. Es traten zwei kardiovaskuläre Todesfälle fünf weitere kardiovaskuläre Ereignisse 32 Blutungsereignisse sowie zehn Pseudoaneurysmata auf. Eine erhebliche Anzahl der Blutungen ereignete sich bei Verwendung der Triple-Therapie bzw. der Kombination aus Triple-Therapie und Glykoprotein IIb/IIIa-Hemmer. | |
| If AF patients undergo a coronary stent implantation there is a need for an antithrombotic therapy which balances out the risks for stent thrombosis thromboembolic complications and bleeding complications. The aim of this study was to describe the study population recruited at the university hospital Halle/Saale (part of the AFCAS-study) to record the details of percutaneous coronary intervention and to investigate the use of antithrombotic drug combinations and their influence on the occurrence of thromboembolic and bleeding events during hospital stay. Two cardiovascular deaths five further cardiovascular events 32 bleeding events and ten pseudoaneurysms occurred. A considerable number of bleeding events happened when using triple therapy and the combination of triple therapy and glykoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors. |
