| Im Rahmen des Ressortforschungsplan-Vorhabens FKZ 3715 51 307 0 sollen die Geruchsemissionen und -immissionen eines Holzwerkstoffwerks mit Spanplattenanlage im Aufsichtsbezirk der Bezirksregierung Detmold gemessen verglichen und auf Plausibilität geprüft werden. Hierfür sind folgende Aufgaben zu bearbeiten: Messung der Geruchsimmissionen im Rahmen einer Rasterbegehung gemäß Geruchsimmissionsrichtlinie (GIRL) in Verbindung mit VDI 3940 Blatt 1. Messung der Geruchsemissionen gemäß DIN EN 13725:2003 in Verbindung mit VDI 3880 und VDI 3884 Blatt 1. Ausbreitungsrechnung gemäß TA Luft Anhang 3 mit den gemessenen Geruchsemissionswerten unter Verwendung von AUSTAL2000. Vergleich der gemessenen Geruchsimmissionswerte mit der Geruchsimmissionsprognose (Ausbreitungsrechnung); Prüfung der Plausibilität. Im Falle von Abweichungen zwischen gemessenen und theoretischen (berechneten) Immissionen sollen mögliche insbesondere messtechnische Ursachen diskutiert und dargestellt werden. Die zu erbringende Leistung gliedert sich in folgende vier Arbeitspakete (AP): 1. Messung und Dokumentation von Geruchsemissionen Geruchsimmissionsprognose durch Ausbreitungsrechnung 2. Messung Dokumentation und Auswertung von Geruchsimmissionen 3. Vergleichende Auswertung der Geruchsemissions- und Geruchsimmissionsmessungen 4. Projektbezogene Veranstaltungen und weitere Dokumentationspflichten | |
| Within the context of the project FKZ 3715 51 307 0 the odour emissions and odour in ambient air of a wood-processing plant with a chipboard system should be measured compared and checked for plausibility in the supervisory district of the district government Detmold. The following tasks must be carried out: Measurement of odour in ambient air during the course of a grid inspection according to the German Odour Directive (GIRL) in connection with VDI 3940 Part 1. Measurement of the odour emissions according to DIN EN 13725:2003 in connection with VDI 3880 and VDI 3884 Part 1. Dispersion calculation according to TA Luft Annex 3 with the measured odour emission values using AUSTAL2000. Comparison of the measured values of the odour in ambient air with the odour impact prediction (dispersion calculation); check of plausibility. In the case of deviations between measured and theoretical (calculated) odour in ambient air possible in particular metrological causes are to be discussed and presented. The service to be performed comprises the following four work packages (AP): 1. Measurement and documentation of odour emissions odour impact prediction by dispersion calculation 2. Measurement documentation and evaluation of odour in ambient air 3. Comparative evaluation of odour emission measurements and those of odour in ambient air 4.
